Tarun Grover

Tarun Grover, Founder & Managing Director

Mr. Tarun Grover established Tracers India in 2009, setting a new standard for executive search in the region. His entrepreneurial vision is rooted in a successful career, including a key role as Director at a leading Mumbai search firm where he spearheaded its expansion across North & South India.

Prior to executive search, Mr. Grover served as CEO of the International Copper Promotion Council (India), an MNC he developed from its inception. His foundational corporate experience was honed at ICI India Limited, through diverse leadership roles in Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
